THE MEMBER EXPERIENCE, REIMAGINED

The L Suite is a highly curated community for senior legal leaders built around connection, access and shared experience. As the community grew, they needed a mobile experience that could bring those interactions into a more seamless, always-on environment.

We designed The L Suite mobile app to support every layer of engagement, from events and networking to conversations and content. The onboarding experience introduces members to key features in a clear, intuitive way, setting expectations while reinforcing the value of the platform from the first interaction.

Within the app, members can explore events, access schedules and check in seamlessly using QR codes. A built-in member directory makes it easy to discover and connect with peers, while messaging and group conversations support both one-on-one and community-wide engagement.

The experience also helps members track their activity over time, from past events to earned CLE credits, creating a centralized hub for both participation and progress. Throughout, the interface is designed to feel simple, structured, and purposeful, allowing the community itself to take center stage.
