OVERVIEW

Diversity Lab, an incubator focused on building more inclusive workplaces in the legal industry, came to Citizen Best with a challenge: their digital presence was weighed down by dense content and lacked a cohesive brand system to support their growing portfolio of programs.

We reimagined both their brand identity and website, transforming complex information into a more intuitive, structured experience. The new site balances high-level storytelling with deeper program detail, making it easier for users to navigate, understand, and engage.

To support their expanding ecosystem, we developed a house of brands, creating nine distinct sub-brand identities while maintaining a unified visual and narrative system. As the project evolved, we also adapted messaging in real time to reflect the Supreme Court’s affirmative action decision, ensuring the brand remained aligned, relevant, and clear.

Accessibility was a critical component throughout. We designed and built the site to meet required standards, embedding inclusive design practices that support a broader range of users and experiences.
